Although inspired by belgian sour blends, this experimental version takes a new direction. The barrelaged beer is blended with a smoked beer. The malt is sourced at Bonsak malting house and is smoked on alderwood at a såinnhus, echoing a tradition that has remained to this day in Trøndelag.
