Are you sick of those sweet, heavy and juicy east coast styles? Do you still crave those delicious tropical fruit aromas rather than the pine and spice of west coast...Go Intercoastal! Intercoastal is our new catch phase for what we like in our IPAs and for where we think the IPA market is headed. Our NZ IPA challenge entry for 2021 is a pretty straw coloured hazy pour just like his dad from the east coast. We have overloaded it with hand selected Nelson Sauvin and Wai-iti hops which show pungent rock melon, pineapple and tropical aromas with some floral honey. The mouthfeel is medium and juicy but cleans out the crisp dry finish and lingering smooth bitterness of its west coast mother.
