It Doesn’t Even Have Haze West Coast IPA

An IPA, without haze? We decided to give it a try, to prove we can still do it. Pouring crystal clear and hitting all the expected notes of a classic West Coast IPA, piney, resinous with a lingering bitter finish and a touch of caramel sweetness. Plus, by using a combination of a new experimental fruit-y yet flocculant yeast strain and a selection of choice hops we’ve added notes of candied pineapple, stonefruit and lemon.
