This dry-hopped new-world Pilsner features exclusively New Zealand-grown hops. An addition of Nelson Sauvin in the whirlpool provides underlying bitterness, while the substantial dry-hop of Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka gives expressions of grapefruit, white wine grape and lime. This complex yet well-rounded modern Pilsner smacks with bright fruit flavour while also remaining light and thirst-quenching.
