Hazy Pilsner

This is a classic German style pilsner with a bit of a twist: it’s hazy. We used a NEIPA style malt bill and combined it with traditional pilsner hops, yeast and fermentation to give more body, mouthfeel and uniqueness to this small batch lager. Not quite a dry as a typical pilsner, but just as crisp and refreshing. Cheers!
