In a largely throw-away culture that promotes the adage, "Buy, Buy, Buy", waste surrounds us. However, in a world Re-Imagined, things might be a little different; through creativity we might find a re-birth. Our "ReImagining" series takes ingredients that we have already used and finds them new life. For Of the Farm: the ReImagining V we rested a dry cider on 2nd-use Blueberries for many months, then introduced 2nd-use locally grown organic Ginger, and finally nearly a pound of organic Tulsi Basil. Dry, with gentle blueberry and ginger undertones, and a tannic herbal finish, this is a lovely cider that embodies the ethos of re-use and appreciation.
