**WINNER OF THE MODUS BREWING DARK VS DARK EVENT 2025**I’m just crazy about the way we brew in our tasty dark for the Modus Dark vs Dark event. Large additions of Maple Syrup and Pecans from our brewers’ uncles’ farm that have been hand cracked, thrice roasted and added post fermentation turn this otherwise fully flavoured porter into a beer that can really soar. A touch of roast and bitterness help keep this beer grounded and not (Eagle) Rocking too far out.
