We went into the wonderful world of Gose beers late last year, with Kirschentart and later the incredibly popular A Passion for Fashion opening up our repertoire to more than pale and hoppy. We had a Friday brew spare when planning up to March earlier in the year, and the brewers requested to brew what they called a “Lemon Power Gose”. What is a Power Gose? Think the sourness of Passion loaded with even more salt. A completely unique beer; mad as a box of frogs, mega refreshing, and possibly the best Gose we’ve produced yet.
