This delicious addition to our oenobeer lineup is made with Grenache and Syrah grapes, cofermented with Black Tuesday and aged in French oak puncheons. While Black Tuesday brings rich complexity and notes of dark chocolate and poached fig, Grenache grapes give bright, juicy fruit notes and Syrah grapes provide depth and a slight spice.
