Winter Cranberry

We made cranberry sauce with over 150 lbs of Wisconsin cranberries, fresh apple juice, allspice, and cinnamon. We blended this with 100% Mexican orange blossom mead and conditioned the mixture for 3 weeks. We then pressed the cranberries to extract the liquid. The result is a sweet and tart blast of spiced cranberry flavor, perfect for the holiday season.
