Florida Weisse with mango, curuba, mandarin, and orange. Tropical tartness in American style. This is a modern American take on the classic Berliner Weisse. While inspired by German tradition, it stands out with a higher extract and an intense, fruity punch. Our version is a wheat-based, slightly sour beer soured with lactic acid bacteria without the addition of lactose or maltodextrin. Tropical mango, exotic curuba, and citrusy notes of mandarin and orange create a refreshing, multi-dimensional composition.
