Mixed fermentation sour beer, long-aged in our cellar. Spiced with hibiscus, artemisia & orange peel.Brewed with local unmalted wheat ("filiera dei grani alti") and primary fermented with the house yeast BUNNY (Bologna Unknown Native Naughty Yeast)
