Anthemic (Czech Saaz)

Anthemic is an unfiltered hoppy pilsner that uses a different hop for each release. This release uses Czech Saaz hops. We followed a traditional triple decoction mash schedule vs. our standard single infusion mash and added Czech Saaz hops to the boil. The goal was to make as traditional of a Czech style pilsner as we could and the result is a crisp and clean pilsner with notes of lemon & spice.
