Historic Czech Lager 1926

Historic Czech pale lager 10,8° Plato with Stupický malt (1926), almost forgotten Osvald's hop clones and Old Bohemian lager yeast (RIBM 2). We also used a historical version of a double decoction. The beer was brewed in the Černokostelecký pivovar.
