Culantro As A Kumquat

For this week's variant we infused a keg of DIPA (Mojo Dojo) with fresh culantro (an herb similar to cilantro) and kumquats (one of the tiniest and most aromatic citrus). The fresh green herbs lead on the nose with the sweet zesty citrus (closest to tangerine) is on the palate. Bright and refreshing, familiar and weird!
