Pure silk. A grist of 50% oats both flaked and malted gives this a milky, pale appearance and a delghtfully soft, silky mouthfeel. We got our hands on the new concentrated lupulin pellets from Crosby hops and felt this beer would be the ideal candidate to showcase Belma CGX. Paired with our best Citra T90 and Cryo and a little Azacca this DIPA is all melon, strawberry, pineapple, grapefruit and tangerine.
