A single decocted pilsner made with mostly German ingredients.Floor malted pilsner malt.Hersbrucker and Tettnang hops.Water from our well.We taste notes of toasty, bready malt backed by soft, balanced bitterness. Layers of spicy, herbal, noble hop character and just a whisper of sulfur. An old favorite.
