A collaboration beer with Charles Brewing, which is based in the world heritage site “Miyajima”! It is fermented using lager yeast while containing the malt used in classic IPA. Using only German hops, it has a slightly different finish than IPA. Complex flavors of dried orange, melon peel, green papaya, and white pepper. A grassy scent brings them together.
