A blend, of 16 months barrel aged beers fermented on Viognier grape pomace (fermentation is performed spontaneously thanks to the indigenous yeast strains from the grape skin), and of a fresh and funky farmhouse ale fermented with our house culture (bacterias, wild yeasts and brewer yeasts)
