In Jonathan Swift's Gulliver's Travels, Gulliver ran across an old raggedy philosopher who had spent nearly a decade working to extract Sunbeams out of Cucumbers. As an ode to such scientific endeavors, we offer Sunbeams & Cucumbers, a beautifully easy Saison brewed with Lemon Drop Hops and Sea Salt then conditioned on local Cucumbers grown by our friends at Knee High Farm.
