Born from the collaboration of old and new ideas, our friends at Deya Brewing discussed coming to brew with us to experiment with some new English hop varieties – and this infinitely drinkable pale ale is the result!Coalescence has a malt base of Cornish Maris Otter with some Vienna and Wheat malts thrown in to provide an eye-catching amber hue. The brew showcases varieties of English hops that neither brewery has worked with before, including Opus and Emperor from the Charles Faram hop breeding program. UK Cascade, UK Chinook, Opus, and Emperor coalesce to bring grapefruit, orange, floral, apricot, and lime notes to the fore.
