Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our brewing and cellar crew. We name these beers in sequence - their numbering first indicates the year in the Trillium lifespan that the beer was released, followed by a recipe indicator. Learn more about our Permutation series by checking out our overview and our refresh.Alongside our Session and Foeder Lager programs in Fort Point, we've also been exploring a series of lagers that focus on American-grown ingredients. By crafting a clean grist bill consisting of mostly Valley Pilsner Malt, Permutation 6.43 displays delicate citrus and floral aromas contributed by American Noble™ Citra hops. A new line of hop products from Yakima Chief, American Noble™ hops are debittered during the Cryo process, making them ideal for use in more delicate beers. Clean and refined in its approach, gentle carbonation and a slightly bitter finish ready the palate for the next sip.
