Vlierbloesem/sinaasappel is a mead made initially with only elderflower. The honey comes from the Veluwe. After the first stage, the elderflower was too strong and I wasn't sure what to do. At the Wild festival I spoke to Sam from Bofkont and he gave me the golden tip to add oranges. The result is amazing. Enjoy !!
