This is not your average pale ale. In fact, it’s our first experiment with second-use hops following the production of a “bigger” beer (in this case, a double dry-hopped DIPA). The result is a super crushable pale ale with prominent citrus and a satisfying bitterness that makes you want more! Pairs perfectly with Caribbean roti.
