West coast-style ipa brewed and dry hopped with columbus, citra, simcoe and a little bit of krush. a perpetual collaborative work with our friend daniel cady. @brewerdan made significant adjustments this batches water profile and pH adjustment schedule; and we messed around with some cold dry hopping. this is by far the most dialed iteration of the series, and a new benchmark for our west coast-styles moving forward.
