Brett Saison that has been in the works for nearly 7 months. This beer began it’s perpetual journey by being aged in stainless with our house brett and then bottle/keg conditioned for 3 months. The result is a dry, fruity and earthy Saison with a lightly tart finish courtesy of the brett.
