Special release for 12th birthday of the best multitap in Poland.This mead was created from a lot of raspberries and rapeseed honey.During aging we added a ton of vanilla and backsweeten with phacelia honey. Finishing touch was made with ancho and chipotle peppers to give it a nice and complex yet moderate heat.Expect a big vanilla punch followed by intense fruitiness and a spicy finish.Long live Szynkarnia!
