Brew 9000 Pacific IPA!For this beer we cranked up everything! More malt, more bitterness and more hops everywhere!The cloudiness is provided by a big dose of wheat, a large dry hop and a fruity hazy yeast strain. Massive stone fruit and tropical character followed by a zesty citrus. We’ve left it unfiltered, so all the tasty stuff stays in.
