An autumnal ale that bring us warmth with its mix of honey and bread crust aromas over a floral and mildly fruity background.Magnum hops (USA) were used for bittering and Cascade (USA) for aroma/finishing.A top fermenting yeast strain that highlights malt was chosen for this brew.
