Hop forward dark Porter with ruby red hues, utilising 100% UK grown varieties. Fermented cool with kolsch style ale yeast for a neutral base, accentuating the flavours from the British grown hops. Bramling Cross brings subtle notes of blackcurrant with an almost rich lemon flavour coming from the Opus hop, further then dry hopped with Jester T45 adding a nice subtle tropical balance to the underlying blackcurrant and lemon flavours.
