A traditional beer brewed using a traditional approach.With a grist high in wheat and oats; and using a Trappist yeast strain, this strong golden ale is rich in esters and exhibits candied orange and mild spice.And much like a 17th century Belgian monk halfway through lent, at 8%, it’s also full of alcohol.
