Kveik yeast was used to produce this un-filtered ale that's loaded with juicy-citrus, lemon , melon hop flavor and aromas. The local Cashmere hops from Chimney Bluffs, provided an incredibly smooth and balanced bitterness to this medium bodied IPA.
