Tokrat smo prvič uporabili kvas mladega podjetja iz Irske in smo navdušeni. Ta vrsta kvasovk proizvaja kompleksno paleto estrov, ki ustvarjajo bogat okus piva, vključno s sadnimi notami koščičastega sadja, kot so mango, breskev in ananas, s pridihom vanilije. Kvas ima tudi nižjo atenuacijo, zaradi česar je v pivu več preostanka sladkorja in zato polnejši občutek. Z dodajanjem hmelja Sabro smo pričarali arome mandarine, kokosa, tropskega sadja in koščičastega sadja, s hmelji Citra in Mosaic pa arome citrusov in tropskega sadja | This time we have used,  for the first time,  the yeast from the young company from Ireland, and we are quite amazed. This yeast strain produces a complex array of esters contributing to the beer’s flavor profile, including fruity notes of stone fruit such as mango, peach, and Pineapple with hints of vanilla. The yeast also has a lower attenuation, leaving more residual sweetness in the beer, resulting in a fuller mouthfeel. With Sabro hops we try to add tangerine, coconut, tropical fruit, and stone fruit aromas, while with Citra and Mosaic hops citrus aroma and tropical fruit notes
