When we got a few specialty barrels early last year, my original goal was to age some beer in this cherry liqueur barrel and then age it on cherries, how original. But when I tasted the beer after aging in the barrel and the complexity that was gained, I couldn't dilute that character with fruit, I knew it had to be packaged as was. Here it is, with big but balanced notes of cherry pie and all your favorite parts of Undertone.
