We started by asking our vanilla supplier for something unique and exquisite, no restrictions! We were presented with Cribbiana, a vanilla extensively used by the Mayans of Guatemala, which disappeared along with the ancient civilization for more than 400 years until a vanilla enthusiast, Dario Ramirez, established the first Maya vanilla plantation in the world, starting with wild varieties growing on his land. After seven years of patient development, Cribbiana vanilla is back and ready to captivate!#SELECT (BBA Cribbiana Vanilla) blend of 4 different Willet bourbon barrels aged from 22 to 44 months, for a combined blend age of 28 months, and then further aged on hand selected Cribbiana Vanilla at a very generous dosing rate.We’re thrilled to be able to share our selection of BBA stout and Cribbiana vanilla with you!
