Winter Saison / fermented in two neutral barriques for 10 weeks w/ our house saison strain.Packaged on 13th May 2023 and keg conditioned for 4 weeks.Clove, subtle hints of banana and spiced rye are present on the aroma.The palate reminds you it's a saison while having some unique malt derived characters
