Inspired by beers from Australia but brewed with American spirit, this beer combines Calypso and experimental 07270 hops for a flavor packed with pear, tropical fruit, mint and pine. The name comes from the gumleaf plant—a favorite snack of the koala—and the schooner, a type of pint glass popular in pubs down under.
