Barrel 141 is where the magic happened for this Brett cider. The primary ferment was wild, followed by a secondary pitch of Brett B yeast. Dry but with a gentle perception of sweetness, this cider went through a spontaneous malolactic conversion and these elements helped to create its creamy silky texture with a backing of funk aromatics and flavour for the fun.
