Gelato Sour Mix-Up Volume 3 is here, and it’s a good one. We really enjoyed working with our friends at @arabellaparkbar, @sidewalkbeershop, and @trustbeerbarstc, to come up with some fun new experimental flavour combinations.#2 (Sidewalk Bottle Shop/Princess Cafe): Gelato Sour Lemon & Espresso. Sourced by Marc at Sidewalk, we used a single origin Peruvian bean roasted in Guelph at @planetbeancoffeeco. The lemon zest and coffee flavours are expertly balanced, to produce an easy drinking, flavourful, refreshing sour.
