A healthy dose of New Zealand hops in this pale ale allows for substantial tropical flavours and aromas. Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron provide big flavours of pineappple, pink grapefruit, and peach. Small additions of caragold and munich malt in the grist provide a fuller and sweeter body to support big juicy flavours and coat the palate.
