Pale Ale For ALS

Описание

Yakima Chief Hops donates a special hop blend to the cause and this year’s blend includes Columbus, Citra, Talus and two experimental varieties; HBC 1019 and HBC 630. These hops range from herbal and grassy to fruity and tropical to raspberry candy. We have chosen to brew an English Pale Ale, a traditional and fairly simple recipe, in order to showcase the hop blend. This is an easy-drinking beer with a touch of sweetness from the malt to balance the complexity of the hop blend.
