This English style Barleywine mixes Maris Otter and Chevalier malt for the base, with Munich and medium crystal malts layered in for a deep ruby colour and intense caramel and marmalade palate. Conditioned on Kentucky bourbon and Cognac oak chips, creating a complex and balanced flavour of warm jammy orange, gentle spice and dried fruits.
