L.B. Beer: Kveik White IPA

A very pale German Pilsner and Wheat malt base was fermented very warm (up to 30C) with a unique Norwegian farmhouse yeast strain called ‘Kveik’, providing refreshing citrus and tropical fruit notes, as well as a slight bubblegum ferment character, all on top of a juicy wheat mid-palate and a firm bitterness to finish.
