We brought another PA fruit pie to the Guam party! Paw Paws are fairly rare, and one of just a handful of fruit trees native to Pennsylvania. Our good friend found a couple trees near Kennett Square, and dropped off just enough for this tiny batch. A beautiful silky body with papaya-like notes throughout make this a pretty special beer. Paw Paw Cream Pie is part of the Fiesta Guahan series of beers developed in collaboration with the former President of the Guam Homebrew Club. Here at HRB, we encourage you to Drink More Pie!
