The Karen's Daughter, Amber Ale has bold aromas of tropical fruit and pine from the combination of Mosaic and Simcoe hops, and radiates a deep amber hue from the use of toasted malts. On the palate, the beer is flavorful and balanced, lightly bitter and subtly sweet.
