Everything Eventually

We put most of this sour fermented with blueberries in pinot noir barrel with 120 MORE pounds of blueberries where it will emerge as "Everything Now" in a few more months. Because of all those blueberries, not all the beer fit in the barrel! SO we added boysenberry and blackcurrent to it and out came "Everything Eventually". Very purple, very wine-like, with floral notes, jammy fruit, and earthy, smokey notes from the black currant.
