Our Aoltbeer is inspired by the historic sour beer of Münster, Westfalen. The beers in this blend matured for around two years in red wine barrels. The beer has a balanced acidity and shows notes of flint, oranges, green apples and light funk and oxidation.Bottled in July 2024, 800 bottles.
