We've been roaming a couple of times between Helsinki and Copenhagen with our friend & colleague Vellu. Some time ago he suggested that we should brew a similar beer that he liked by a Danish craft brewery. He also got an idea that it would be fun to use the exact same hops with two different kind of styles.So here's the first one, HEL-CPH. West Coast style, baby. Cheers!Hops: Amarillo, Chinook & Simcoe
