Số Đỏ Imperial Red starts as a classic American Red with its signature balance between malt and hop, and then adds an extra double dry-hopping to amp up the flavor as a proper Imperial Ale. These hops let the beer open with aromas of peach and passionfruit, but the rye shines and gives the beer a chewy, dank body with complex flavors of spice and orange peel. The malts come in to end with notes of caramel and molasses, but the finish is still crisp and refreshing, perfect for a Hanoi evening.
