We built this unreasonably tasty West Coast DIPA on a grain bill of pilsner & Vienna malt before hopping the daylights out of it with Citra, Simcoe, and Cascade hops. The result is a golden, translucent (we know, right?) beverage with big notes of pine and citrus, with a little peach and white grape character in the mix as well. It's marvelously refreshing, which is nice considering it's currently about one billion degrees outside.
